Anatomy for the Artist ~ Joints

So i'm currently doing an anatomy course in my own spare time (which isn't much),
I posted about it a while ago, it's the Proko Anatomy for Artists course.

This lesson was about joints.
I've drawn down some notes about what i've learnt and perhaps they will be useful for someone else too.

These are the Synovial Joints. Apparently, other then the spine, they are the most important joints to know about for artists.
I'm now going to do the assignments (when I get a minuet) which will be simplifying the joints and drawing them from the anatomical model.

Hopefully it will go well =P

Drawing of Howl

Hey everyone, so i've finished another drawing.

Sorry I didn't post the sketches and things for this one.
I juste tarted the drawing and all of a sudden it was finished.
~ in other words ~ I completely forgot to post haha xD

I'm thinking about the possibility of having a table at comic con with some
other artists in 2016, so i've tried to do a bit of fan art.
If you haven't seen Howl's moving castle, I highly recommend it.
It's possibly my favourite Ghibli film at the moment.

Anatomy Tracing and Study -

So as you may or may not know,
a few weeks ago I posted about an art 'course' that you can do in your spare time called "Proko".
I've started going through the lessons and assignments and this is what i've done so far (besides learning latin terms).

"To be" - A new drawing by myself, Ariane Torelli

Hey guys,
So I finished another drawing.
This one's been coming for a while.
Hopefully you guys like it =P

It's a study/drawing based off a youtube clip I saw. The singer's hair went bright and colourful in just one moment when the lighting on the stage moved around, and I absolutely had to draw it. I felt like I could learn from it, and I did.

Hopefully it's also inspiring for you guys.

Birthday Drawing ~

So my boyfriend did a drawing of me for my birthday, so I decided to return the favour by doing the same drawing, in a similar style but of him.
