Animation Art and new Showreel

I've just recently done a drawing for a rising musician known as "vigour and vibe"

The Past few Weeks ~

Hey world ~

I've done a bit of animation ~ although, it is still only a rough ~  i haven't gone through and refined it just yet ~

So i was planing to post a fully finished drawing each week ~
but as life is ~ it got in the way ~ so i only have sketches of the past few weeks ~ ill explain the themes and the drawings so that they make more sense for everyone.


This first one was week 3's drawing ~ the theme was 'steam'
It's suppose to be a steam powered penny farthing
I plan to finish this one

 This next one was week 4's drawing ~ the theme was 'swords, knives and pointy things' ~
I wasn't to sure what to do for this one

This last one was this week's drawing, the theme was 'magic/mystery' ~

I think this one is pretty self-explanatory =) ~ she's a witch/magician

Week 2 ~

Hey guys,
sorry for updating the week 2 drawing when the week 3 drawing is almost due xD

For some reason, i've been applying to lots of places for work and always getting no's and just this week everything has hit at once so i've been very busy.

Anyways, this week (or last week) the themes where :

Umbrella,
Familiar face,
into the dark,
has a horn; and
rebirth.

The ones i chose was umbrella and has a horn, and here it is ~

It was a quick one this time, because i didn't have much time, so it hasn't come out as good as i would've liked. But you know, the point is practice ~ and being time restrained is a good thing because you get to see how far you can go in a limited amount of time.

anyways, i will hopefully be posting week 3 soon.

Week 1

Here is the drawing i did for our 'group get better at drawing' project ~

I'm disappointed, it didn't come out the way that i had wanted, but it is also something different from what i draw on a daily basis, so i'm not entirely disappointed. I do understand that having little to no experience in drawing something does mean you won't be able to draw it as well as things you draw on a daily basis.

Anyways, the theme for this was 'Temple Elder',
Time was probably about 5 - 10 hours (longer then usual because it was something new)

other themes i could've chosen from included;
Red mist;
Anteater tea party;
cyclops jester; and
Hero slayer

Summery Winter Holidays

Hey everyone,

I've returned to the 40 degree heat that is Australia, from the 2 degree frost that is Japan.

We've started a weekly drawing project so I will be posting about that on a weekly bases hence forth =P

For now, I've done a quick sketch that I will finish ~

Also, I've decided that i will be (attempting) to enter Tropfest 2014 so you will be seeing more posts about progress and other such things.

Christmas and New Years

Hey everyone,

This is officially my first post outside of tafe studies ~ yay =D

Sorry its been a while,
I have done some work ~

i did this sketch :

I know its not very "christmas-y" or festive, but thats what came out when i said to myself "draw whatever you feel like" 

Anyways, I plan to be doing a drawing (fully finished) each week next year, so make sure to look forward to that. 

Also, I will be going away for the new years holiday (and a bit after that) so i won't be able to post anything for a little while =) so i apologise in advance for that. 

But you should be able to see lots of stuff after that holiday.

New Webpage, New Showreel, New Drawing & End of studies !

Firstly, I apologise for such a long absence but the end of tafe has been taking my attention ~

SO much so that i don't even know where i should start =D

~ Soooo much exciting news =P

I guess i'll start with the most important, my 2013 showreel =P

There were so many stumbling blocks to get this showreel together, so I'm just happy that it's done xD

It's finally done =D! it took soooooo long to get this webpage up and running ~ once again, i kept running into walls with it, but its finally done.
